Ahırım Cebimde — Privacy Policy
Ahırım Cebimde is a herd management application for dairy and beef cattle farms (iOS, Android and web). This policy explains what data is processed when you use the app, why it is processed, and your rights. It is prepared in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and general data protection principles (GDPR).
1. Data We Collect
Account information: Your email address, full name and password (passwords are stored only as irreversible hashes; never in plain text).
Farm business records: The data you enter into the app — animal records (ear tag, birth, breeding, health, weighing), milk production, feed/ration, income-expense records and farm settings. This data belongs to your business; only users authorized for your farm can access it.
Location (optional, approximate): For the weather feature, you select your farm's province/district. We never access your device's GPS; only the coordinates of the district center you selected are sent to the weather provider.
Notification address: To deliver reminders, your device's anonymous push notification token is stored.
Purchase information: Subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store / Google Play. Your card details never reach us; we only store the subscription state (active/expired) and the store's transaction identifier.
Face ID / biometrics: Used for quick sign-in only. Biometric data never leaves your device, is never transmitted to us and is never stored by us; verification is performed entirely by your operating system.
2. What We Do NOT Collect
- We do not track you for advertising or marketing; the app contains no ads, no advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID) and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
- Your data is never sold or rented to any third party.
- We do not access your contacts, photos or GPS location.
3. Why We Process Data
- Providing the service: storing your farm records, syncing them across your devices, and enforcing role-based access for your team members.
- Reminders: sending vaccination, calving, treatment and stock alert notifications (you can turn these off in app settings at any time).
- Subscription management: verifying the plan you purchased and tracking renewals.
- Support: responding to your requests when you contact us.
4. Storage and Security
Your data is stored in a database hosted on our service provider Supabase and is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Each farm's data is isolated with row-level access rules (Row Level Security): users of one farm can never see another farm's data.
Your data is retained while your account is active. When an account/farm is deleted, business data is permanently erased; records subject to legal obligations (e.g. invoice/subscription records) may be kept for the period required by applicable law.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We share limited data with the providers below solely to operate the service; none of them may use your data for their own purposes:

Beyond lawful requests from competent public authorities, your data is not shared with anyone else.
6. Your Rights
By contacting us you may: learn whether your data is processed, request information, request correction or deletion, object to processing, and claim compensation for damages. You can also export all of your business data from within the app as an Excel file at any time (data portability).

7. Children's Privacy
The app is not directed at users under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email; the current version is always published on this page.
