Ahırım Cebimde Terms of Use (EULA)
These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern your use of the Ahırım Cebimde application ("App") provided by Pozitrone Yazılım. By downloading or using the App you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License
Pozitrone Yazılım grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for your personal or business purposes. You may not copy, distribute, rent, reverse-engineer, or reproduce the App's source code without permission.
2. Account and Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the farm data you enter; the App is a decision-support tool and does not replace professional veterinary, agricultural or financial advice.
3. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions for access to paid features:
- Length and price: The length and price of each subscription are clearly shown on the purchase screen and the App Store product page (monthly plans last 1 month).
- Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the same fee is charged.
- Management and cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Free trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription for that publication.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store; refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy and handled by Apple. Pozitrone Yazılım cannot directly refund payments made through the store.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the App for unlawful purposes, in a way that infringes the rights of others, or that disrupts the operation of the service.
5A. Community Content (User-Generated Content)
You are solely responsible for the text, images and other content you share in the Community section of the App (feed, comments, marketplace listings and messages). You confirm that you own the content you share or have the right to share it.
Prohibited content: hate speech, harassment, threats or bullying; sexual content; violence; content promoting practices contrary to animal welfare; fraud, misleading listings or spam; sharing other people's personal data without consent; copyright infringement; sale of goods or services that violate applicable law.
Reporting and blocking: Every post, comment, listing, message and user profile offers a "Report" option. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; objectionable content is removed and, where necessary, the account that shared it is restricted or terminated. You may block any user; a blocked user's content is hidden from you and they cannot message you. Content that receives a certain number of reports is automatically hidden until review is complete.
Marketplace: Listings only connect buyers and sellers. Pozitrone Yazılım is not a party to any transaction and accepts no responsibility for payment, delivery or the nature of the goods. If you choose to display your phone number on a listing, it becomes visible to other users; this is based on your explicit consent and can be turned off at any time by editing the listing.
License: You grant Pozitrone Yazılım a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display and store the content you share within the Community and to create resized copies of it. You may delete your content at any time; when you delete your account, your name and profile photo are anonymized and your posts are removed.
Users who violate the Community Guidelines may have their Community access restricted temporarily or permanently without prior notice.
6. Data and Privacy
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By accepting this Agreement you also accept the Privacy Policy. Your farm data belongs to you and can be exported as Excel from within the App.
7. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pozitrone Yazılım is not liable for data loss, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the App. Regular backups and verification of critical decisions are the user's responsibility.
8. Changes and Termination
These terms may be updated; material changes will be announced in the App or by email. Your account may be suspended or terminated if you violate these terms.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Turkish courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
